Kellies Castle


Hey everyone !! We are back for another new destination !! ^_^
Do you know about Kellie Castle that locate near Ipoh?
Don't know??
Let us tell you,

As starter, Kellies Castle is located near Batu Gajah, and is about 20 minutes' drive from IpohPerakMalaysia. The unfinished, ruined mansion, was built by a Scottish planter named William Kellie Smith. According to differing accounts, it was either a gift for his wife or a home for his son.

Just for some history info,
Kellies Castle was build by William Kellie to celebrate his son, Anthony's birth that able to success him. And Smith started to expand this castle and plan to called it Kellas House, after his home town in Scotland.

That day is a very hot day~~, All of us had one umbrella with us ^_^


We walking up to Kellies Castle through a very long stairs and the view there is fabulous.
The small hut above the stairs were not build during William's time, its build for tourist to relax and enjoy the view.


Now, we're heading into the castle


This is the store house that store wine and beverage when William and his family lives here


After proceeding from the wine storage, we reaches the main hall of the ground floor, it connected to the door to outside and stairs to upstairs.



These 2 picture are taken from the second floor, there are part of the castle is unfinished because of the World War killed many worker in the Kelle Estate and the infection of flu during that time.



This is the hall way of second floor that connect every room and to the balcony. The wall along the walkway is fill with history of what happen during William's day


This is the master room where William and his family stayed, it even build in an emergency stairway to escape during pinch.


We have reach the roof top. This roof is for William to view his estate upon completion, the roof field is so big it can even park a helicopter

This is the back garden of the castle where William's children often play at


This is last section behind the castle, its the guard man's room and stable room.

Bukit Merah


Hey everyone !! We are back !!! ^o^
Do you know about Bukit Merah Laketown Resort ?
Don't know??
Let me tell you, 
 Bukit Merah Laketown Resort is a wonderful place that full with various interesting activities..
Lets say hello to nature ! :)
It took about 2 hours for us to reach there from Kampar.

           The nice view of the lakeside,it is actually a lake that made by the sea side that have a fantasy like view during the night.


                 We gonna take ferry from the main jetty to view the orang utans in their     natural habitat ....yipiiiii ! :D 

Upon arrival, you will be taken through a 100-meter steel walk-through cage to come up close and personal with these primates.

This the only convervational Orang Utan Island in Peninsular Malaysia and the unique Eco Park with its educational walk-in enclosures, where you can experience nature by interacting with some friendly animals
.
You no need to travel to Borneo to visit the Orang Utans! We have these primates residing right here!



           
                  Apart from visiting Rumah Orang Utan, you all can ride this special bike too..^^              
                     



Before we leave, we had our lunch there..The local food are so tasty..:)

We really have lots of fun there...Its awesome ! :D

TAIPING

Welcome to Our Blog !
As starter, our group called the "Everlasting Wing" sound cool huh? ^^

Now~~
Let's follow us to our first destination !

Taiping Lake
Helloooooo evryone !
Do you know where is taiping lake ?
Do you go there before?
Let' us introduce this place to you.
Many people cycling, fishing, doing exercise there.
The scenery of the lake is so beautiful. It is surrounded by many trees and flowers.
 It is the perfect place to escape from the petrol fumes and stress of city living, a heaven to rejuvenate the spirits. 
SO ,lets start our destination of the day !

We start our journey to Taiping Lake at 7am by cars.
It took nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes for us to reach there from Kampar.
FINALLY!! We reach Taiping. (Excited)
THANK YOU our two handsome drivers with sunglasses.^^

Phew ! After driving for one and half hour, lets do some exercise !
 1 ! 2 ! 3  !!!

After spending 2 hours here, we continue our journey to Taiping Zoo.....:)
